Write it down

While it's still fresh.

A meeting that changed your schedule. A comment that didn't sit right. A thank you from a customer. Type it, or say it out loud and watch it turn into words. Who was there, where, and a photo are optional.

Sealed when you save

Nothing changes quietly.

Each entry is sealed with the time it was saved. If you need to fix something later, the correction is added as a new entry, so the original stays as it was.

See it as a timeline

The story, in order.

Your entries line up by date, so the story is clear at a glance. The good days belong in the record too. If you ever need to, you can hand a clear, dated timeline to HR, a union rep, or your attorney.

Private by default

This is your record. It is not shared with your employer, or anyone else, unless you choose to share it.

Kept on your phone

Entries, photos and voice notes live inside the app. Not on our servers, and not in your camera roll.

No account

No sign up, no email address, no profile. Open the app and start writing.

Voice notes stay local

When you speak an entry, the words are worked out on your phone.

Quiet reminders

Reminders to write never show what's in your record on the lock screen.
